It's a great system they've got here. All the screening is done through your application and a short phone call. The next step is the interview. This is where you get all the information you need so you can make a decision on whether or not to go to work. For most out of [Utah] job candidates, you will be flown in for a recruiting visit and decision interview. The trips are brief and last for about 48 hours.
You show you want the job by putting up the money for the flight, and then you are reimbursed at your interview whether you are hired or not. You're the golden goose and they want you laying the golden eggs. You can't ask for a better situation, and I have been impressed with the details of the program.
